I will be glad to debate intellectually .... any of the points made here. As always the right is accusing the left of what they do... show me the Lefts equivalent of Rush, or Ann.. or Bill -O ... the spending, the spying, the lying... It is you all with your derisive and arrogant attitudes..

Didn't you know? Why would you question the Conservatives, when they so obviously are above us with free will? The Conservatives are going to take over the free world and take the "free" out. Don't question them, or you'll get flamed.

Mean and nasty a trait of the "Right", gee I hear this a lot from the "Kind Left Wing". I have never seen so much hatred spewed form Democrats and their followers as has been demonstrated in the last 6 years. Aside from a few right loonies (Ann Coulter) the Republican party is tolerant to a fault, I wish they would attack back when the libs tell half truths and sell out our security and values. President Bush tried reaching across the aisle to Ted Kennedy on the education bill and got stabbed in the back 2 weeks later. All the libs know are smear tactics and half truths. When your party decides to start acting like leaders then we can continue your baseless question

Both sides are capable of nastiness.

Conservatives are worse though because they moan and whine about how "mean" the liberals are when they themselves are just as bad if not worse. Conservatives refuse to take responsibility for their own contribution to the continued breakdown in political civility. They think the rules of civility don't apply to them. That makes them worse, in my book.

LMAO! I agree with you. Everything isn't black and white, there are a lot of grays. Some people are just narrow minded and refuse to even try to see someone elses point of view on certain issues.

While there is some nastiness coming from some of the "right" participants, the most vile venom is delivered by the "left".

And its not the right who are into entitlements, thats the leftists.

There is not one party that has cornered the market on Nasty – Both of them seem to have more than they need…

I think being right does not necessarily entitle you. People always want to put you in categories do let them. Right, left, conservators, liberal blah blah blah, put yourself in the category you want.

When people can't back up their opinions with facts or logic, they resort to insults and verbal abuse, hoping to bully others into accepting their point of view even if they can't support it.

Notice it is only the Liberals who think that? They ran out of intellectual insults so that is what they resorted to.
