There are no negative side effects, it is not harmful in anyway, and it is a perfectly healthy expression of the sexual drive.
Women are no exception. Masturbation is perfectly healthy and normal, whether done by hand or with a device.

Didn't even know it has side effects, if you want to masturbate go for it. If it had side effects I would think men were more likely to get them.

there are no side effects to self stimulation unless you items to enhance it and you are not safe...masturbation(correct spelling) is great so play away..hey masturbation for women is good as it instills confidence in her body and how it works, this helps the fellas, and girls and enhances a relationship...

do not do more than 12 times a day if you are 15-20 and maximum 6 times if 20-30.
Do not use sharp objects, cut your nails, clean your hands with soap and urinate after masturbation.
Take a comfortable position, use lubrication if required, feel comfortable.
