Are your only friends on line? You MUST get friends out in the real world! How to do that? Well, shut the computer off, and go somewhere. You can visit the local deli, and while sitting there, drinking coffee or whatever, start up a conversation with someone. Go to church this sabbath day! INITIATE a conversation. You may have to start the conversation, but you can do it! Talk about the weather, or ask how they are doing. Join a single's club, or quilt making club, or get on a committee. To make the internet your life is NOT a good thing. the world is passing you by, and you are feeling lonely because you have isolated yourself from it. GO! Just get up and GO!

Man- you have asked a million questions. You are sounding pretty sad. You need to get out there and find some real live people. Go to church and find a youth group or a young adult group. Go volunteer at the homeless shelter or the hospital. If you help others, you will take your mind off yourself and your problems.

Go for a walk somewhere where people are. Watch them, be fascinated with people. Know that too, you are part of the fascination.
You could also find volunteer groups to be a part of. Lots of nice folks there.
Then again, walk bravely into your cave, maybe you will find a treasure there. I think you will. :)

Shut off the computer and go outside. You will not shrivel up in the sunlight. You may find people, moving around, talking, working.
