and i don't even know what's bothering me...

i think it's stress... how can i relieve it?

Repetitive actions help clear my mind. I find reciting the rosary works for me.

Strenuous activity for a long time like running, hiking or biking does it also.

I guess getting the body very tired and forcing yourself to think of something to the exclusion of all else is my advice.

One more thing. If it is something specific that is bothering you, do something about it! Maybe a friend has been rude to you, let her know. Don't let it bother you for days.

Well I have ADD and ADHD (along with bipolar, odd and sadd) so it's kind of tought to not think because my mind is always occupied with about 1000 thoughts per second. Adding stress just makes me want to have a emotional breakdown. Nothing has ever really helped me besides reading or singing because it takes me out of my head and into another "world".

thinkin 2oooooooo much about what u r thinking is bothering u so best is dont think!
u want relief 4m it?
do some meditation and avoid staying alone as far as possible!

For me, it's music. Music takes me somewhere else...it's nice. But everyone's different. Try out a bunch of different techniques and see whch one works for you the best.

thinking is done by the conscious mind. Tell c.m to keep quiet. controll breathing- breathing exercise.

do positive thinking. it is good also.

go for a hike and do some meditation. Focus on something that is peaceful to you.
