firstly let him ask his mum if he is aloud out later than 10,if so then he needs to save up his pocket money and then take her to see a pg film at the cinema,maybe buy her a drink(no alcohol).after that she will need to walk him home and then get his mum to call her a taxi.if he's lucky his mum may use her as a baby sitter they next time.good luck
