you need to see a gynecologist so they can help you with this, there are lots of medicines they can prescribe so you don't have to go through this every month...try some advil in the meantime or extra strenght midol....
god men are soooooo lucky !

OMG i'm so sorry! but i feel ur pain. i have cramps that are horrible 2. and i'm only 14. I went 2 the doctor about mine and all he said was 2 take 3 advil every so often! MEN! they dont understand how bad we hurt. but try sittin in a tub full of hot water. and just lay there. the heat of the water kinda feels like a heating pad and eases the pain a little. also try alternating tampons with pads, b/c sometimes tampons make your cramps worse than pads. good luck! :)

okay....u can fill an empty drink bottle with hotwater and put on the cramps, better than heating pad. If it is too hot, put it in a sock.
Magnets work miracles for cramps, get a magnet off your fridge and put it just under your belly button, dont leave it on no longer than 10 hrs. Hope u feel better....Midol, or Motrin is good too.

it usually takes about 30 min for the pain reliever to kick in, so maybe be patient. If that doesnt work see if your mom can go pick you up some of those disposable heating pads at the drug store.

16 and 14 are way too young for sex. A lot of 16 year olds would take a 14 year old seriously. Don't judge people by perceptions.

First GET OFF THE INTERNET, then get a baggie that is airtight and fill with hot water and place on your abdomen.Have a towel ready, as in this case airtight is a relative term.

exercise. SERIOUSLY. take a walk or do some jumping jacks or sit up (IT REALLY WORKS). Heat a towel in the microwave or oven (only lasts like 2 minutes but its the best god damn 2 minutes of your life).
Try MIDOL.
