yes. For example: you catch your best friend cutting herself and she make you promise not to tell anyone but you have to because her life could be in danger. Thats the good kind of disloyal:)

Depends on the circumstances, Sometimes you will find yourself torn between two loyalites. No, why betray a trust? It's an obligation. Always take the high road -- even if it is harder. For conflicting loyalties, the simplest way I could put it is to ask yourself "What would Jesus do?" It would depend on your personal belief.
