MBTA can't answer some of my questions, and the people on the phone are not helpful.

Unfortunately, that's the best place for the maps, etc.

What kind of questions did you have? Perhaps, that's what you should have posted eh?

I think the internet and phone are really the only place. If you have a specific question you could try putting that. . . But, if you're visiting the city and need T info then your hotel or wherever your going also might be able to help you. . .
