hey cheer up babe!
this is not the end of the world
the sky's still blue
the sun's still shining
the grass's still green
have faith in whatever you're believing and never gives up
there're always others much more unfortunate than you
look at the blinds,the cripples...
put your heart and soul together
look at the positive sides
bless you

No, I'm not sad today. I have had plenty of those days though. Sucks, doesn't it? I'm sorry to hear about your dad, brother and your marriage. Do you write to your brother? Can you go visit? If you can get out of your marriage, I would definitely do that. It might be hard, but in the long run at least you will have a chance at happiness. I'll send some happy thoughts your way! Best wishes...

you already know that $hit happens and make the superb of it. you won't have the capacity to do away with what's on your innovations so do no longer even try, different than for burying it deep. the form you do it relatively is do no longer enable your self start to think of of the previous place. end and picture of a few thing else. are you able to look right into a mirror and look unhappy whilst smiling? Nope!, try it!! Get your self a telescope and inspect the human beings some miles away..... you would be on the 6th floor, suitable so which you're up severe.... have exciting. Have one flower plant instead of that backyard decrease back on the.....end it...... see what I mean.... you're able to do it!!

I know how you feel. My life sounds a lot like yours. I got tired of feeling down all of the time. Today I start back to college to finish my degree after 5 years. Start something new. Just give it a try, if you don't like it try something else. Hang in there and remember you are not alone. I care. Smile real big and think of one really great moment in your life. Now. Every time you start to feel bad remember that thought and know that there are people that really do care. Love, Joy and Great Peace...

I feel for you, and although I will which to share with you more, I can only try, so, help me to reach out to you, though your anxiety can distort things, it can also be the link for you to give me the chance to show you I can feel, sometimes more sometimes less, sadness is a blessing, for my self, because allows me to be with my self, though I don't easily feel depress, I always try to think that there is a condition that we can create positive a/o negatives, if we allow the reality that we need to make an effort to maintain our potentials focus in the right direction not matter, if they aren't clear perspectives in what we do, other than Mind over matter. and as I commend my self to God, I am praying for you and wishing that your situation experience new and positive changes, Jesus can help in this just remember that HIM(Jesus0, Loves you, and me too, for the chance you have giving me, to ask him to help you. I am, sorry about your Brother, and of course the lost of a father its also heavy to carry, I too lose my Little Sister, wen I was just 5, she was 3, though I steal remember her, like was yesterday, so, I feel you as she was at the time, and I know she feel happy to be part of this contact and communication I am trying to achieved with you, to tell you, that I can be your Brother, if you think you can be my sister too. I hope things get better, for you and me. "God bless you in the name of Jesus". amen.

i'm sure it's ALL of that - and probably that your coping mechanisms are wearing down or just aren't working like they should.
i've been noticing a lot of folks in my circle are kinda down now and i wonder if it might have something to do with the changing of the seasons or something astrological. (no seriously, sometimes that makes the most sense.) but it doesn't make a flip what causes it - what matters is how you handle it.
do you hold onto your grief and your heartache or do you let it go? this isn't something you can do once - it's something you have to practice, day in and day out. let's face it - grief and heartache will always be there - but if we practice letting go, we might make some room for peace, too.
good luck, and namaste.
p.s. you might like pema chodron's books - check her out when you get a chance.

I get sad and depressed too, when I think about my dad, and he died over 25 years ago.
The best thing I do is just to talk with one of my friends. They do not always understand, but they do listen, and I usually just need to talk.
Try to remember some good stuff with your dad. It can bring a smile to your face, and can help make you un-sad.

Damn... even stories in the drama movie couldn't get me so turned on...
How about your mother?? She's still alive isn't she??
Hey, I really want to share with you, I can't think how painful I would be if I'm stuck in a situation like you.
Your husband doesn't care about u anymore?? Damn...
Sorry if I gave a bad answer, I'm just telling what I think.
I guess even I feel sad, I still can't understand you completely. I'm only 13 anyway. But I REALLY WANT TO CHAT WITH YOU!!!!
