If you mean kidney stone problem, the best natural prevention is water therapy. Two liters a day is the usual daily requirement for normal individuals to replenish what is lost thru the urine (about 1.5 L) and evaporation thru the skin and breadth (0.5 L). For stone formers at least three liters a day is needed to add extra water to the urine thus making the urine less concentrated. This will in turn make the crystal ions in the urine farther apart from each other thus preventing them to aggregate into stone particles. The extra volume of urine produced also facilitates passage of already formed stone particles out of the urinary tract as it flows out. Active excercises and other body activities may help loosen up stone particles on the urinary tract lining and promotes stone passage. The advocay for drinking lemonaides or other citrus drinks is because our kidney normally releases natural urinary citrates which inhibits crystal ion aggregation. Lack of these citrates in the urine may cause stone formation. Lemonaide has citrate products.

I was recently in the hospital for kidney stones/infection. The Dr. told me some really good advice that has helped out tremendously.
1. Stay away from sodas and iced tea.
2. No binge drinking...even just a couple of times can be really rough on your kidneys. (that was a hard one for me)
3. Drink lots and lots and lots of water...with fresh lemon...the acidity is good for your kidneys.
4. Drink cranberry juice...just make sure it's 100% juice...it's kinda hard to tell them apart in the grocery store..but the cranberry juice cocktail doesn't have a lot of cranberry juice in it..and it has a lot of sugar.
Hope some of these things help out!

Before the appearance of Penicillin on the scene, the old folks used to use sulfur. Even today, some of the medicines prescribed for kidney problems are sulfur. You might try that but keep in mind that LOTS of people are allergic to sulfur....some acute. Yes, Cranberry juice is good. You need to have a good urologist determine the exact cause of your problem.. Pops

Patient should know what degree of problem.
Some herbal cannot be used, because it will make kidney works heavier.
Usually energy treatment can make it healthier, recover. Such reiki ( soft tone energy), prana ( strong energy), polarity treatment. In another word, by using energy that can't make your kidney works heavier.

Herbal medicine can make a big difference. The best of them all is coconut juice (direct from the tree). everyday drink at least one or two glasses (of course don't forget to drink water too) will clean your kidney and any urinary tract infections.
