I love Dubai and im even starting a business to promote the country but lately i was wondering if the recent muslim extremism around the world is harming Dubai.

UAE is a very peaceful country, people are really kind there, and if u already been there before u know better than me.
i dun think that people will stop vistin' Dubai because of this reason..

I like Dubai very much and would love the chance to go there again, but I think the whole world is afraid to be in the Middle East right now. The situation with Israel and Lebanon, Iraq and the whole terrorism thing has a lot of people nervous. Dubai is a very safe country with a lot of very friendly people but it only takes one terrorist with a bomb to kill you. Of course the same is true anywhere but I dont think that as many people have automatic weapons and bomb making materials here as they seem to in the Middle east. I am always amazed at the raids they conduct in places like Iraq and Israel , when they go into the homes and come out with grenade launchers and semi-automatic weapons, people just dont have those in other parts of the world.

not at all tourism in Dubai still strong as ever with more Europeans every year they also pass by in cruses and stay for few days to enjoy the country... if your series about promoting Dubai you should try contacting Department of Tourism in Dubai they have promotional offices around the world they may have one in your country their site is:

note for I am therefo...do not speak about something you don't know any thing about constriction workers are treated very will they get housing, food, medical plans and i would know because my dad has a contraction company here in Dubai

dude in simple words dubai is not like other arab country where u may face consiquences
in short people call dubai as mini america
so if u lived in america peacefully u will also live ur life here peace fully but the only problem u will face is lots of expences as compared to ur salary
and main thing heat damn its hot over here

I would love to go to Dubai.. My experience with Muslims has been very good.. The only thing that stops me from going, is cost..I imagine it to be very expensive..

dubai came to this place between world known free zone cities while terror was tearing some areas around the world and inside the gulf area itself, ofcorse i mean the american terror.
so the answer is NO i t will not harm

Actually the horrible way indian and chinese workers are treated in dubai has put me off forever. Never mind religion, These construction workers were denied food, pay, freedom, communication to their families and basic human dignity.
barely paid, Worked to death and stuffed into crapmed sweatboxes while they build luxury hotels for diamond buyers.
