Knox gelatine from the grocery store- sould be in witht the Jello. It's low cal, tastes good, inexpensive and helps to strengthen your nails. That used to be the way they'd advertise.... picture of fingers and nails on the box.
I know this only because my dad used to work for the company that sold Knox gelatine.
Have a great day!!!

galvanise 'em lol
nah try Sally Hansen they do a really good strengthening nail varnish with diamond in, or if you cant afford the prices- its not cheap- use collection 2000 nail care its pale purple but dries clear and can be used as an undercoat before your usual nailvarnish, i wouldnt recommend just wearing it on its own though as it does tend to peel quite quickly
oh and try getting more calcium in ur diet, and eat raw jelly- sounds weird but works, just a cube a day
hope this helps :-)

Use the product from OPI called Nail Envy. It works great.

Oh i recognize the style you sense. I certainly have 3 and actual the basically way for me to diminish their nails actual is to distract them with non-end vegetables. Carrots or Cucumbers usually. basically positioned them on a pillow on your lap and positioned the meals down and gently grab their feet and clip. Mine usually shy away some circumstances yet they start to no longer care after some cuts. If i do no longer distract them with meals, then it truly is like a wrestling journey! They wiggle, lick, nibble, attempt to leap, and so on. no longer the ideal way lol

Find a clear nail hardner that can be found at most stores (usually at wal-mart or any place that sells nail polish). Then, if you do wear nail polish, use a nail-strengthner nail polish remover.

OPI nail envy or Sally Hanson, hard as nails, they both work really good if you put them on everyday.

eat gelatin as in jello to help your nails..believe it or not...also to keep them white, they need air...so NO nail polishes for awhile ok?
summer is near the end now so time to remove it all.
