OK..This is a little complicated...because reading the Pakistani newspapers Zambia and Pakistan have recently concluded an agreement of visa free travel for visits up to 3 months between the two countries

I managed to find sites from the Pakistani government that stated that Zambians don't need a visa to enter Pakistan, and I know that Zambia has a policy of reciprocal visa requirements..
.but I found nothing confirming the new policy from the Zambian government..

Infact all the information available states that Pakistanis do need visa to enter Zambia..

I suggest that you contact the office of immigration that I have listed below. And they can confirm whether or not you need a visa..

Until then this is the process stated on the site of the Zambia Embassy to the UN's site for Pakistanis wanting to visit Zambia

You need a visa before entering...and the only way for you do get this is by applying directly to the immigration officer in Lusaka
