That is a broad question. There is no "fastest" CPU per-say. Some will benchmark better than others, yet perform under "real" conditions not as well as the benchmarks say.

If you want to know what CPU has the highest ghz. that would be probably about 3.6ghz or so. Overclocking doesn't count.
