I would distance myself with both of them, that is just cross the line on so many different level.
Go out and start a new life where people is not crazy, start fresh and leave them behind.

My sister slept with the first man who ever really made me happy, in my house, then cried rape afterward turning it into a 3-ring circus. Family is family, forget him and mend the relationship as best you can with your mom, one day she won't be around any more.
