Ficus tree produces to much sap inside of my house!?

Ficus tree produces to much sap inside of my house!?

What can I do to have it stop producing that sap and what kind of indoor tree can I buy to replace it, if need be? Is it a true ficus tree? I would like to find an indoor tree that can grow taller than 10 feet for my great room. Have any suggestions?
