Come on! This is Dubai you are talking about! Long time home of pirates and gold smugglers! It is built on fantasy - and not the only Arab state to fudge it's crime figures I can assure you.
Where I live people think that murders and other heinous crimes have only just started happening because they now get written about in the newspapers!

Becxause Dubvai lies like most other countries in the world-its impossible to have a 0% crime figure-except maybe in heaven-or even hell (the criminals would have learnt their lessons after death-due tom the eternal torture etc

Where does it say they are 0%? and what is the percentage based on?. Technically if it had upto 0.499% it could classify itself as 0% (to zero dp).

First it's big cuz they have the money to do it, and i think it should be like that.
second thing u have to wait because there r more important issues than being drunk (not crime but other things)
and if u know that being drunk is illegal why u got drunk u clever man =P
