I am a guy currently 16 & have weird feelings, i know its cauz am maturing but what should I do, I am attracted to things I wasnt, mood changes etc. so what should i do?

well I know its natural but the thing is .. the mood flutionation is weird, I know it happens but how can I control it.. ?

it isnt right sometimes.. I havent told anyone .. but sometimes you have to control the emotion sometimes.. cauz i get ragefull over people for no reason...

Girls go through it, too. We have all survived it and you will, too. Just be careful to stand behind a podium or something, if you have to talk in front of a group.
