Truthfully, Matt Stone and Trey Parker (the creators of South Park). While their show is rather crude, it is surprisingly intelligent. They come out with intriguing ideas and hit you with it in such a surprising way (especially since they are so crude with it). Those two have the intelligence to do the job (something sorely lacking in current politics) and the ability to throw others off completely, which in diplomacy could be a huge factor in their favor and may even be the tipping point on a lot of issues facing America on the global stage right now.
