I am a new graduate student (masters degree).
Should I still be addressing my professors as "Professor _____" like I did as an undergraduate?
Or am I now expected to be on a first name basis?

I'd say ask them what they want you to call them by I've called all but one professor by their first name an I'm an undergrad hint if he or she calls you by last name call them professor____
if they call you by your name call them by their name

Keep being respectful to your professors -- that always goes over well, and if you remain in practice while in school, then translate that to the employment in the future -- you will do fine. Supervisors are like Professors -- they like respect and titles.

It varies from place to place, and from professor to professor.

My grad students call me by my first name, because I ask them to. There is another professor in my department who asks the grad students to call him "Professor ______."

If they've given you no instructions, call them "Professor _____."
