Well, there is a simple way to find out your CPU's temperature. First, reboot your computer, during the boot process, press and hold the [Delete] key. This will bring you to the setup menu. Here, you can look up your CPU's temperature. However, this method isn't too convenient since you have to enter in to setup. There are much easier ways. There are three software programs I would recommend, including: Motherboard monitor, SpeedFan and Lavalys Everest home edition. They are all freewares with no spyware or adware.
1. Motherboard Monitor (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/MotherBoard_Monitor/929820238/1)
2. SpeedFan (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/SpeedFan/985582286/1)
3. Lavalys Everest Home edition

I decided to give you the download links from Betanews because you can read comments made by those who have used the software.
Any of the three software programs will display the CPU's temperature in Windows so you don't need to go in to the setup. Each have different extra features. Motherboard Monitor can notify you when the temperature is critical. SpeedFan allows you to set a temperature at which the computer fan(s) should turn on or increase the speed of the fan(s). Everest will give you an inventory of all the hardware on your computer. If you just want to monitor temperatures then I recommend Motherboard Monitor.

Usually you can find out in the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). When your computer is starting up press delete to access it. Then there might be a section called, "PC Health" were it can be found. Id say a normal computer runs on the low end at 105 degrees and at the high end maybe 130 degrees. mine runs between 120-125 degrees. If it is like 140 or 150, you might need to make sure the cooling device is working properly and is not slowed down but anything. All of the above tempatures are in Fahrenheit.

Well most new motherboards have softwae you can load in windows to check cpu tempurature or you can do a search at download.com for the same in freeware. Otherwise you will have to check the Bios for the Cpu temperature. normal operating temperature can range from 30 to 50 degrees celcius. Hope this helps

Your CPU utilization is time-honored. Your CPU temperature is severe. turn off, unplug and clean all your vents quite the fan vents with an air duster (can of compressed air). Open your very own laptop and clean interior with the comparable air duster. Are your followers working? wdw
