How can i hear podcast?? Does it need downloading special program??if so, whch is the best one??

If your on a Mac then you can use iTunes, the newest version has a podcast option.

If your on a PC using windows you can download Juice

Yes, you need to download the program iTunes. It can be downloaded for free at:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Once you've downloaded it, open it and go into the iTunes music store, then the Podcasts sections. I think nearly all of the podcasts are free.
