i downloaded it and it was perfect i used divx to convert it and then when i burnt it to dvd the words and the mouths of the characters don't match any idea were im going wrong also when i burn a dvd it asks if i want 2 verify it after burning whats the diffrence if i do or don't verify it ?

ur divx convertor have problem, with audio video multiplexing
i advice u not to use divx
instead use nero
choose nero option Make your own video
then choose option add video files
follow the procedure
nero will burn ur video as dvd video

What's happened is that you probably lost chunks of the audio files. Is the disk the right size?
Try it again and see if you get the same result. If it is still messed up, try verifying it.

It's going out of sync when you convert it.
Try using Nero Vision Express. It'll convert and burn all in one go for you and has loads of options.

use dvdshrink to shrink the video and take out the subtitles and foreign languages. That might help. I always verifiy.

You burned it too fast then. Slower speeds are better.
