I know that the offspring of a lion and a tiger is called a liger when the lion is the father and a tion when the father is a tiger. So I assume officially the species would be called a dat if the father is a dog.
Though I think a dog and cat would be too dissimliar to actually result in a pregnancy.
Though if you're looking for actual -names- for them... Alex is a rather good name ;)

Another question would be, what happens when an apple rapes an orange? Not enough genes in common to result in any off spring. Reminds me of that joke, what do you get when you cross an elephant with a rhino? "Hell-if-i-know"
OK, I'll take a stab at your quip: "Lab-i-cat" if your dog is a Labrador how about a "Rutty-cat" if your dog is a Rottweiler or a "bully-cat" if your dog is a bull dog... ;-)

Dogs cant impregnate a cat nor visa versa. Ive no interest in what youd call the offspring (even if it was possible) what Im thinking Is what you should be called for thinking up such foolishness and wasting valuble space here as well.

That a good question just wait and see what they look like and then decided what to call them.How did your dog rape your cat in the first place?You should keep them apart from each other this would never had happened.If you are like me your are very curious to see what the look like. yours truly

even if you use artificial insemination on your cat using the pooch's sperm, there's no way she can get pregnant so don't worry, she will still have kittens.
Instead of blaming your horny dog, try looking out for that handsome tomcat at the neighbor's.
