you need to try and wash it,,and see if you can wax them out of it,,sometimes you can take wax,and rub it i really hard,,and it will make them go away for a while,,it sounds like you have some paint fading out on it,,if this is the case,,you will have to have it painted sooner or later,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

I would wash it then use a very fine grade car polish.
After that wax the area you polished and you should be good to go.
