I mean come on, 13000 dollars for that car!!!

Offer them 5K for it, when they get pissed and ask why such a low price. Tell them that if they offer a reasonable sticker, then you'll offer a reasonable price.
13K, is way over priced. expect to pay 8k tops. These eclipses aren't that reliable.

13K? ill just add about 8K and get a brand stanking new 07 mitsu eclipse....and that car is about 10 years old, there is no way it should be over 10K no matter how good condition it is in, its a decade old car man!!!
