month 1 is 4 weeks
month 2 is 8 weeks
month 3 is 12 weeks
month 4 is 16 weeks
month 5 is 20 weeks
month 6 is 24 weeks

At 26 weeks, you will technically be 6 months pregnant. Therefore, right now you are about 4-1/2 months pregnant. Think about it in terms of the day of your lmp. If you are 20 weeks, then your lmp was probably 4/10/6. April 10 to Aug 28 is 4-1/2 months.
