Yahoo has a pretty good online personality test in its personals section. If you really want a serious, semi-professional one, though, you should get the book "Do What You Are", by Paul Tieger and Barbara Barron-Tieger. It will help you find out which of the sixteen personality types you are, what your strengths and weaknesses are, how you will develop through your life, and what careers/interests might be right for you. I highly recommend it.
