I have slightly swollen breasts, which are tender
crampy belly, sporadic nausea which doesn't usually last long... some heart burn/indigestion
and I feel completely drained about 70-80% of the time
What do you think? could I be?

Those symptoms are that of pregnancy but,there is no way for us to tell.The only way you are going to tell is,if you missed a period go to the drug store and purchase a pregnancy test,or better yet consult your obgyn.They will be able to resolve whether you are or not earlier than a home pregnancy test by a blood test and make sure you baby is healthy and if you need any supplements such as prenatal vitamins they can tell you which ones is best for you.Good luck.

You probably are. All of these are symptoms of pregnancy. Go and get a pregnancy test, to take, to make sure. If you take a couple of tests and they turn out to be negative, then see a doctor. Especially if the symptoms continue.

first of all you need to take a precnancy test, becaues all the symptons you are describing can come with a period too. soo get yourself a pregnancy test thats the only true way to know

sounds like you could well be. take a test to be sure and if it is negative retest in 48 hrs. first pee of the morning is best

Um... if you're peeing all the time, you must be at least 5 or 6 months along... also the heart burn doesn't come until the uterus completely takes up the room of the abdomen. WTF

I think you def are. My major sign when I got prego was I couldn't stay awake! Take a test and good luck!

You sound pregnant. You need to go to the doctor to make sure. Those were all my symptoms.
