Just because a man takes pride in himself doesnt mean that he's
"gay" it just means he cares about how the world looks at him. In my personal opinion somethings a guy could do to make himself more pleasing to the opposite sex would be...

Make sure you do your daily personal hygiene routine (shower, brush teeth, clip nails, hair, deoderant, etc)
Try a new hair style (Or if you like your current style add some hi-lights to your hair)
Wear a nice cologne. (Not 10 squirts just maybe 1 or 2 around your neck will do the trick)
A manicure to help make your hands look good. (A personal pic of mine)

Hope I helped...

I spend around 45 minutes per day fighting nature. I close shave, moisturise, pluck any stray hairs that have started growing etc. My hair is coloured and I straighten it every day. I watch what I eat, exercise and try to always smell nice. Oh and what little body hair I have is clippered to a #2.

I just think it's polite to make an effort and although some of what I do is probably unnecessary I draw the line at botox or surgery. If I was a girl I would not want to go anywhere near a hairy stinking man, but I gather this 'does it' for certain types of girl!!

If the palms of your friend's hands are hairy I'd recommend he shaves them.

What's wrong with wanting to look nice?

As a guy, I have my barber trim my eyebrows and I shave 4-5 times a week.

But I got to tell ya - I love getting pedicures and when coming out of the salon that I was given a gift certificate to- I ran into some of my wifes friends who said they wished their husbands would get them too... of course their husbands teased me, but I didn't care 1 bit..

Massages are great - I had one of those mint body scrubs, which was okay but would rather have the massage..

I will not , I repeat will not be getting 1 of those bikini waxes done after having the center between my eyebrows done. I am unibrow free!

Guys that aren't willing to cross that boundary lines have no idea what they are missing!

im a boy who likes to look after myself, i wash and condition my hair everyday, and also use exfoliating body washes. i have on several occasions straightened my hair, it is all just do with pride in your apprearnce, if you want to look a scruff, you will. however if you want to look your best, and girls can tell you should do everything in your power to make the effort, girls do it, so why nit boys.
i would not go as far as wearing make up however, although i have a mate with tinted moisturiser, so who knows?

well... I told my husband that I put foundation on and when I was spreading it out I noticed I had to pluck my eye brows... Well, one day I caught him doing that, I made fun of him for weeks afterwards. Guys really just need to make sure your eye brows are nice,gotee/beard is shaped well, chest hair isn't too hairy and you know down there is looking nice... As for if your gettind facials and botox... thats too much and makes you kinda well.. sensitive. I hope this helps.

I don't care what a guy looks like, but if he puts too much effort into his appearance, I will think he's superficial.
