Im am a girl. and look more like a boy(in the face). So i have to ware tons of makeup just to look like a girl. Im not a guy who thinks he a girl.... So any idea's of how to look more like the girl i am with out waring tons of make?
oh and 1 more question my puppies a rotty and thinks he's a lap dog. how can i teach him not to lay in ppls lap befor he's full grown.

well i would help you but if you lived close to me i love to mess with make up i love playing with makeup, hair stuff and well things that girls do i can help you with that I'm from McAllen, Texas so i would really like to help you out!!

Well one thing you could do is change your hairstyle to something that only a girl would do. You shouldnt have to wear a ton of makeup if your wearing the right shades. The best thing to do is get a book at the library on makeup application. Another thing you could try is at your local mall inside places such as Macys, Dillards, etc...they usually have makeup booths where they are willing to do a partial facial (usually for free) on you and you can get some great advise from those people. Or visit a full service salon and check out an Esthetician (a person who deals with skin, and make up). This can be kind of pricy, but still an option. Wearing more feminine colors and prints could do the trick as well.

First question, you need to learn how to apply makeup lightly to achieve the same results or you will look like Tammy Fay Baker did (google that). Go to a Macy's or similar store where they have makeup professionals. They will make you up for free if you look like the buying age :).
Second question, you need to push your rot puppy off of your lap EVERY TIME and say "NO" or "DOWN" consistently.

There is nothing wrong with having an androgynous face. When you use make-up, use subtle tones to match your skin tone. Do something cute with your hair; put pretty clips in it and high light it. Wear fitted tops and jeans that aren't too loose. Paint your nails. I hope this helps.
As far as the puppy, be stern with him when he jumps up and when he gets down, give him a treat and pet and tell him he is a good boy. He will eventually notice which behavior gets him affection/treats.

You could get a haircut that frames your face and makes you look more femenine-can't spell- if you tell the hairdresser what you want then they should be able to help you. You could also experiment with makeup and instead of putting loads on find the right amount that makes you look more girly, perhaps light, pink tones? Good luck!

Bangs. A flattering hair cut could accentuate your femininity.
Also, maybe you dont have to wear tons of makeup...have you tried linging your eyes on the top as well? Buy a really dark eyepencil and line your eyes all the way around.
Lipgloss is also a good tool to accentuate your luscious lips.
