No, at least not unless the employer specifically requests it.
Most employers won't request it, and most employers don't really have an interest in it.
Be sure to highlight any academic accomplishments and achievments on your resume.

No. If an employer wants to see it, they'll ask for it. Employers get so much material already (which inundates them), and swamping them with more works against you more than it helps. Think of getting a job as a track and field hurdle race... and your resume is just what you need to get past the first hurdle. If you do, then maybe at the next hurdle they'll ask for the transcript.
If you had good grades, just show your GPA on your resume. Same for courses took that you think an employer would be looking for.

I think if your transcript is positive, I would definitely add it. I would put everything in a nice folder for companies where you have a connection- you met the recruiter or you know someone at the company. If it is company that you are just sending resumes, you may want to just bring the package to the interview.
Hope this helps!

I would send my Transcript as well as your resume if you are applying for a job that has to do with what you took in school, if it doens't then just make sure on your resume that you talk about your education and state what kinda grades you got.

I don't know what the custom is in canada but in the US a School transcript isn't helpful for employers. Employers are interrested in what you studied but less so in how you preformed. In more traditional companies in the US it could hurt your employment as it seems to lack professional accumen.
