No.. lol If he is sincerely mental enough to cut off his hand, that is on him. Now, if someone asks me something nicely, more often than not I do it. I'm not good on ultimatums though...

depends if its a frend of mine and i know he wouldnt ask me to do anything bad or anything that would indanger me in any way.
