Oscar Wilde was a great writer!!! He was not particularly handsome, but there was something about him...People believe he was gay. A controvercial figure....I recommend that you read "The Portrait of Dorian Gray" by Wilde - it's a great book and it makes you think....

Firstly it's Oscar Wilde, that's if you're talking about the writer who is seriously famous and talentled and dead.
Secondly how can you think a guy looks like him when you're asking was he handsome?
