The Air Force doesn't have commercial pilots, it has military pilots. Although you can learn to fly in the Air Force, you will not necessarily get a pilots license.

Furthermore, you will need a college degree to get into flight training in the Air Force. If you get good grades in high school, you can join an Air Force ROTC program in college, which will pay most of your expenses. When you get out of college, you will be an officer in the Air Force and will be expected to serve for several years.

To become a pilot in the Air Force you must be an officer, an officer usually has their BA degree. You can go in as a private and later on take a pilots course IF you qualify. You have to meet all the qualifications to juoin the air force.

the air force doesn't have commercial pilots. to be a pilot in any service you need to be in 100 percent health, with 20/20 vision. no glasses. then you have to be at least 5/10 in height.plus you have to become an officer and that means at least 4 years of college with top grades. then you have to pass all the service requirement tests, both written, oral and health wise. even if you pass all their requirements you only have about a 20 percent of becoming a pilot.

Well, step one of getting into the air force is go see a recruiter.
However, got bad news for you. You're not tall enough to be a pilot. Seriously. There are height requirements to become a pilot.

Plus, it somewhat is in California, on the coastline. bear in ideas, you are going to be able to desire to connect the army to boot. i do no longer think of you're going get lots of a gamble for examining, except you connect the army and circulate HUMINT. yet you comprehend the drawbacks of that direction of action, for the reason that your brothers did 2 excursions each and every!

If truly interested in becoming a pilot look at nonmilitary options. Look into flight schools such as Embry-Riddle in Florida, just as one example.
