I have got someone from the states to send it to me.It cost them about $5 in postage for a can of pumpkin pie mix.Its even hard to get pumpkins here unless its near halloween.
Thats not the question..I want to buy it in the UK. lol

I don't know about folgers, but starbucks does eggnog lattes at CHristmas time, try the shops in the areas where most americans live in London. Mayfair and Kensington or even Harrods and Harvey Nichols

Waitrose may sell it, check online first at http://www.ocado.com
Selfridges Food Hall is pretty exotic.

Folgers is Nescafe in the UK

YOu can make a better Egg Nog than you can buy, same goes with the Pumkin Pie. Someone there has got to sell solid packed pumpkin.
