No, they ask dumb questions and can't get out of Level 1 because their attention is focussed on their small penis.

If you had googled the issue you would know that studies show that men with unusually large penises have sexual identity problems that often lead to explosive behavior. Further, that men with smaller penises have about the same level of explosive behavior but for a different reason: They spend so much money on penis enlargement equipment and various surgeries, most of which fail, that they are constantly in bankruptcy. The rest of us just chill.
