"Ghost in the Graveyard" (easier to play if in one or two yards)

One person , the "hunter" has a flashlight and starts out at a base (i.e. a tree, a house, etc.) They count to 100 letting the other players find hiding places. After 100, the player with the flashlight goes looking for the "Ghosts", as soon as they leave the base to hunt the ghosts, the ghosts' goal is to get back to the base safely, if the "hunter" sees someone they have shine the flashlight on them and call out "Ghost in the Graveyard" and the person's name they see ("Ghost in the graveyard, I see Jimmy!"). If they get the name right that person is the new "it" person and the game starts over, if the name is wrong the person can keep running away or towards the base. If the ghosts get back to the base the game starts over, if someone gets spotted they are the new hunter.

We used to call it Werewolves. One person is it. Just like hide and seek, but when the 'werewolf' found some-one you got to do all the fun horror movie noises, growls, gnashing of teeth, throats being torn open, flesh ripped bones, death screams, wolf howls. Then there were two wolves, and then three, and so on. We wold get more elaborate rules as we got older, introducing silver and wolves bane, etc.
I'm thinking this would not be so good in populated areas. Maybe at camp or someplace a little more private?
