I'm going to agree with Josa. For a quick fix go to a tanning bed but not to the point of burning just a few minutes 2-3 times. There are also some good spot treatments you can buy at the pharmacy. For a long term solution, they have a kit at Wal-Mart that is like the Pro-active set but a lot cheaper and it works great.
If you wear makeup over the next few days I suggest Dermablend Acne Results. It has salicylic acid to help fight acne while you wear it.
Here's something to look over and see if you can find which suits you best: http://www.acne-product-review.com/acne_treatments.html

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is: http://www.acne-treatment-medicine-1.info/

Stop picking at it and popping it. Just don't touch your face. Leave all make-up off for a few days- ----
Here's a great way: Go to a tanning bed. In five days.....hmmmmm, go 3 times. Start today and skip days inbetween. It'll dry up your sking and the redness sort of hides the redness of acne. Try not to fry completely. JUst go long enough to get pink. My dermatologist used to tell me to use the tanning bed to quickly dry up acne. It's not a great thing to do as a habit the rest of your life. But if you go a few times, you'll see what I mean.
