Normally, no they do not. However, it is possible-- think of fraternal twins :)

Fraternal Twins
Fraternal twins are the result when two different eggs (ova) are fertilized by two different sperm. This leads to the development of two separate placentas, each with its own chorion and amnion.

Fraternal twins are more common than identical twins and account for about 2/3 of twin pregnancies.

Normally a woman releases one egg per cycle. However, it's the norm for several to ripen each cycle and sometimes more than one is released. This is how fraternal twins are conceived (identical twins happen when a fertilized egg splits into two embryos.) Advanced maternal age (mothers over 35) and genetics can increase a woman's tendency to release more than one egg, as will fertility drugs.

I agree with Jenks. What she said is correct.

Only identical twins are the result of one egg dividing.

Also, while fertility drugs can hyper-stimulate your ovaries and cause more than one egg, it doesn't happen that often because most women who take them don't ovulate regularly. So, if your OB is prescribing the right dosage (they should only increase it gradually), then you shouldn't produce more than one egg.
