Okayy so theres this guy i know and hes 4 years older than me..& hes one of my best friends but he said he really really likes me and thinks i may be the "one" for him..but im too young for him at leats in my opionion i am..and plus i dont know what my parents would think..they would probably be mad...also hes too affectionate and nice and im one of those people who are really shy when it comes to romantic stuff ..

It sounds like he's a great guy-give him a chance! Talk to your parents and tell them that you arent completely serious about dating him- say your just going to see what its like. If you really like him like that, definitely go for it. And invite him over to meet your parents so they can see how great he is! If you dont like him like that, tell him that your friendship means a lot to you, and you dont want anything to ruin that.

Age is just a number, I would not worry about it too much. If he's the one then he's the one. Just take it at your own pace. And if you really like the guy and express that to your parents then age should not be an issue

hey 4years is not old at all.actually that gap is really good for u.ur parents shouldnt have a problem unless u r 13 and he 17.enjoy romance girl.there r millions of girls out there who would love 2 be in ur shoes.tell him how far u r comfortable and no PDA(public display of affection)

You know what I realized? Age is just a number! You make it into what you want it to be. If you enjoy being with this guy and your both mature about being in a relationship together, go for it!
