How to terminate HOA officer?

I own a new home and we have a HOA group that take care of our area, but I feel it, HOA officer give us a lot of problam, we paid money to them and get problam from them,How can we terminate to them?

Get elected to your homeowners association and then you can work on eliminating the problems. Otherwise, you can suggest amendments to your association's by-laws to eliminate the problems or move to a neighborhood that doesn't have a homeowner's association.
