"Can" you win? Possibly. Will you win? Probably not. While that is not a bad team, I would rather see a team like that in a 10 team league instead of an 8 team league.
While the combo of Rudi & Ronnie are fantastic, you reached on Green as he is usually an 8th or 9th round pick in 10 team leagues.
However, I think you got an absolute STEAL in Domanick Davis in the 8th round. Did the rest of the owners forget about him? I also like the combo of TB and Seattle as your D's and that you only selected 1 TE & 1 K, whom you took in the last round, which is when kickers should be drafted.
Unfortunately, you probably took Bush too high but since you got Davis as your #3 RB, it's a wash. Unless it's a keeper league, then you're good to go. I would personally look to get a better QB, or at least someone of similar value such as Delhomme, Brees, Culpepper, Warner, or Bledsoe. If Green was ranked higher then any of those QB's, see if you can get something else in return.

No, I don't think you can win. Fantasy football is all about star players at RB. You do not have any of the big 3 backs (LJ, LT or Alexander). You can make up for the lack of a stud RB with a combination for solid RBs coupled with a stud QB. Your RBs are solid, but in an 8-person league to get stuck with Green & Plummer is not good. You would need a top QB to win with those RBs. You needed to draft Peyton, Brady, McNabb, or a healthy Carson Palmer. You also drafted Cooley too early.

I think you are going to have some trouble.
D. Davis appears to be done for the season.
Trent Green has no one to throw to.
Jake Plummer scares me, but his receiving corps is solid, so that might pay off in a big way.
E. Kennison and Galloway are weak.
I like all your running backs outside of Davis.
Boldin and Moss are great receivers.
Cooley is due for a breakout season.

Yes your team is great except for your QB. Your RBs are amazimg. I think Bush will have a big year. You could prolly trade maybe Green and Davis for a better QB or something like that.

Not a bad team but in an 8 team league everyone has a stacked team. Your's are a little suspect other than Brown. Good luck though.

You have a decent team. It all depend on how many teams make the playoffs, and how hot your players are at the end of the year.
If your team is good enough to get into the championship playoffs, your team has a good shot.
