I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.

I had the same problem. the ad would always pop up occassionally, and i couldn't delete it. I used spybot, but that wouldn't delete it either. So I finally got Norton anti-virus, since my old one had expired. Norton deleted the spy ad. no more spyware now.

It looks like you definitely have malware. Malware is like spyware but used in malicious methods.
Run spyware/malware software. Keep in mind that one spyware program won't catch something that another will. So, try running more than one.
Spybot
Adaware
Prevx
Advanced Spyware Remover
Ewido Spyware Remover
Microsoft Defender

it seems the only solution (and not guaranteed to work) is getting a good antispyware and removal program. Free ones dont work so dont even try it, they usually give you more trouble (my situation) You can get windows defender from microsoft if you do want to try a free one first, It is not excellent but help is help. Good luck

I have seen that one before, ad-aware and spybot miss it..

Trojan hunter removes it. but its only a free 30 day trial program.
