God (if he is omnipotent) is good only if you can classify things like mass murder, rape, paedophilia, and the like as NOT being evil, or even bad. If you can seriously tell yourself that the habitual raping of a 4 year old by a member of his/her own family is part of God's plan then sure - you're deluded enough to believe that God is supremely good.
