Working for familiy business is a better opiton since you leverage your work with your own capital. AS LONG AS YOUR WORK IS NEEDED IN THE FAMILIY BUSINESS. Otherwise, it's mere subsidy. Just like having Dad giving a monthly allowance and getting nothing from you in return.
In other words, look for a job. Inerview with for father as you'd do with anyone else. Get an offer from him. And decide.

Work for Daddy. This way, you don't have to worry about real world problems like worrying if you can afford food, clothing and shelter or even if the money for it to be there. Also, you don't have to worry about a potential employer shredding your resume' and/or application for looking ignorant with autricious grammer and spelling. Although I've received poor customer service from the child of the owner and I had no qualms telling the owner.

it depends upon u and what kind of person u are..if u are very dominating and ve leadership qualities then its better that u go for ur dad's company as that ways u ll become its good leader one day but if u are lacking leadership qualities and think its best that u take orders from others then its best that u go for another company as in ur dad's company if u are taking orders it may be insulting for u...

After u have grown up in your father"s hard work it is not a good thing to abandon your father"s company.Work in your dad"s company and develop it.

it's always better for you to keep the family biz going and that can make it easier on you,
you already know what to do and how to do it,
and the other way is your not having to go and see all the other people and waiting on their decisions on if they and whats and ifs.
