I need telescope instructions sent to me.?

I received a Mak 90 Fieldvision telescope for X-Mas last year. Telescope F120090, Mod.#100501110. I'm just now trying to set it up, but it came with only partial instructions. I would appreciate it, if someone had a telescope like this one, with its instructions, to scan and send me a copy. Thank you very much.
