The toughest bone in the body is the heel bone which is joined
to the ankle. There fore if you want to know how to break an
ankle, the best way would be to jump off the roof of your house
vertically, otherwise you may break your spine and you would
probably have to buy a wheel chair. Getting back to your ankle,
you must fall vertically on your feet and since the heel bone is
very tough, your ankle would split. Not a good idea at all
because you will be limping for the rest of your life! You should
tell us how you managed, or are you still planing? Or are you
attempting to get into the Guinness Book of records?

Ankle fractures are often seen in falls from a height greater than six feet where the individual lands flat on their feet. This can often cause a severe compound fracture of the ankle or distal tibia/fibular.
Fractures can also result from car accidents (head on collisions) and twisting injuries such as ice-skating. I've even heard a story where someone slipped on wet grass during a golf swing and fractured his ankle.

properly, 5981 minus 5985 is -4. So once you're going around telling human beings the earth is basically no longer created for yet another 4 years yet, i will see why they think of you're somewhat cracked. (severe answer: using fact it particularly is definitely-standard that the earth is older than that, as others have already suggested.)

jump from a high height and land on it wrong or a sledge hammer would work too. you could always get someone to twist it in a way to break it too but that might tear tendons and such

why do you want to break your ankle? if you twist it really far or turn your ankle in a pot hole or something your ankle can fracture.

simple......... watch the film misery and follow the steps. You will need a plank of wood and a hammer. Finally make sure that you enjoy your pain and try to fix it yourself. Because of morons like yourself the NHS is going downhill.

Slam the front door on it. Or jump out of a window but then you might break your leg too.
