Different physical appearance (including face) is due to genetic differences; the way people's bodies grow is based on their DNA patterns. Their behavior, on the other hand, is based on their psychology, which comes from a combination of hormone levels, genetic intelligence and, above all, experience and memory. To get two humans exactly like each other, it would probably be necessary to get two clones (identical twins being natural clones) and raise them both exactly the same way- and even then random chance will probably make them at least slightly different.
