Why do I never hear about people complaining that Caucasians have a low birth rate ?

There is a lot of concearn in Europe. In France, there's incentive to have 3 children. This is because the population is decreasing in Europe.

I am not sure the purpose of your question, the point you may be aiming at, but I am going to give it a go anyway.
I think you may not have been reading some of the recent articles in regard to caucasian birth rates.
There have been numerous news articles stating the rates for caucasians in the US have been lower, as well as many European countries also having less children. There have actually been a few articles staing that in France, Germany, and Russia, the rates are alarmingly low. In France, there is an alarm that in 50 or so years, the majority of the population there will not be of French descent anymore. Russia has actually adopted pro-children policies, offering financial incentives to families having more children.

I would agree with the above most of the people I hear talking about birth rates feel that every ones is too high. Unless you are worried about the black, brown, yellow, threat to the white race. If so you have my pity,

because as stupid as it is ,if you bring it up, people are afraid that it will make them sound as if they view themselves as superior .....if they see it as a concern.....
